What You Need:
- 3 pcs chicken fillet, cubed
- 1 tbsp ginger, julienned
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp ginger, julienned
- 1/2 medium cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 2 cups mongo sprouts
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 tbsp oyster sauce
How to do it:
For the chicken:1. Mix cubed chicken, ginger , red pepper flakes (optional) and garlic.
2. Add soy sauce, then mix. Marinate for 5 minutes.
3. Stir fry until done. Set aside.
For the vegetables:
1. Saute onion and ginger until fragrant. Add julienned garlic.
2. Add cabbage and carrots. Cook for 3 minutes. Add 3 tsbps water only if the mixture is too dry.
3. Add mongo sprouts and red bell pepper. Cook until done.
4. Add oyster sauce and 1 tsp garlic powder.
5. Cook for additional 1 minute.
Top the cubed chicken on the vegies and enjoy!!

A very nice comfort food recipe, thanks for the recipe to try. Love the idea of having the cabbage mixed in too, always on the hunt to hide in a few extra vegetables.
